📋 Description

• The Enterprise Project Manager (EPM) helps define, scope, plan, and execute projects. • The EPM helps matrixed team members understand and assimilate process and data driven actions. • The EPM provides leadership on organizational initiatives. • The EPM advocates for clinical and operations stakeholders. • Works closely with the PMO Director and EPM colleagues to build and mature PMO process. • The EPM fosters a culture of engagement, accountability, and results. • Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle. • Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources as needed. • Identify and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency. • Report project outcomes and/or risks to management channels. • Provides technical leadership and influence across the Company. • Demonstrate proven experience to foster and manage successful relationships with senior executive stakeholders. • Oversees and leads the change management process. • Partners closely with Finance to define and measure project ROI. • Ensures stakeholders are aware of budgetary compliance and/or noncompliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master’s degree • Four or more years of project management experience • Prefer experience working in dental practices or DSO’s • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines • Proven success working with all levels of management • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent presentation skills
