📋 Description
• We are seeking a dynamic Clinic Expansion Manager to lead localized advertising efforts for our clinics in major metro areas. • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer acquisition and a strong skill set in branding, design, and digital marketing strategies. • This person will also have previously launched a new location with physical retail and is eager to bring that expertise to Yes Hearing. • Having worked with major hearing and/or optical retailers or ENT groups is a plus! • Responsibilities: • Localized Advertising: Develop and execute targeted advertising campaigns in key metro areas to attract new customers to our clinics. • Agency & Affiliate Management: Collaborate with external agencies and affiliates to maximize marketing ROI. • Digital Acquisition Strategies: Manage all digital acquisition efforts, including paid search, analytics, and innovative advertising streams. • Content Creation: Design and produce high-quality content, copy, and Figma prototypes that align with our brand identity. • Collaborative Marketing: Partner with local businesses and adapt marketing strategies to fit the unique needs of physical clinic locations. • Brand Development: Lead branding initiatives to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all channels.
🎯 Requirements
• 5–10 years in marketing roles, preferably within major hearing or optical retailers. • Demonstrated ability to acquire new customers through innovative and effective marketing strategies. • Expertise in localized advertising strategies. • Strong design capabilities using Figma and Photoshop. • Proficiency in paid search, analytics, and overall digital acquisition. • Exceptional branding and copywriting skills. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
