🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction industry or a related field. • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred; however, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. • Manage a team of at minimum of 5+ direct reports, ensuring team performance and accountability. • Expertise in sales forecasting, trend analysis, and identifying growth opportunities. • Experience managing P&L statements and aligning sales activities with financial goals. • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, to manage pipelines and track metrics. • Strong communication skills for internal collaboration and client relationships, with a proven track record of implementing strategic solutions, exceeding sales targets, and driving business outcomes at the executive level.
