• YipitData is a leading market research and analytics firm and recently raised up to $475M from The Carlyle Group at a valuation of over $1B. • We analyze billions of alternative data points every day to provide accurate, detailed insights on ridesharing, e-commerce marketplaces, payments, and more. Our on-demand insights team uses proprietary technology to identify, license, clean, and analyze the data many of the world’s largest investment funds and corporations depend on. • We are looking for an Revenue Enablement Associate to join our team to help onboard, develop, train and coach our four core Revenue roles (SDR, Sales, Client Strategy, Business Development). • Additionally, they will work on content management for training resources. • Finally, they will partner with leaders across the revenue team on strategic go-to-market initiatives and ad hoc coaching opportunities. • This remote-friendly opportunity can sit in NYC (where our headquarters is located), one of our office hubs (Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, or Seattle), or anywhere else in the US. However, depending upon where the remote work is performed, income could be subject to New York State tax withholding. Please note that we pay NYC-based salaries for US roles regardless of where employees choose to work.
• You have 2+ years of relevant enablement/sales training experience (in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus!) • You have experience building and facilitating best-in-class training programs for sales roles (including, but not limited to: live training, async assignments, certification programs, evaluation mechanisms, etc) • You have a close understanding and a strong point of view on sales process and what great looks like • You have leveraged sales tools: Salesforce, Apollo, Groove, Clari, Gong, etc. • You have leveraged content management and LMS tools: Confluence, 360Learning, etc. • You have outstanding audience engagement skills, with great composure and an ability to adapt content and conversations to meet the needs of your audience • You are a self-starter with strong judgment and an eye for the nuances of our business. • You regularly owned projects from start to finish, with limited input from subject matter experts • You love coaching and role plays and can use these to create impact with new hires
• The annual base salary for this position is anticipated to be $80,000~$90,000. • This role may be performed fully remotely within the United States. Please note that our US headquarters are located in NYC. We also have office hubs in Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, and Seattle.
