• Assist clients with home and auto insurance needs • Communicate via phone, email, and SMS with clients • Monitor performance and meet targets • Maintain accurate client records in CRM • Collaborate with customer service team • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends • Move towards senior position or team lead role after 2 years

Requirements

• Valid AMF certification (valid RIBO certification is a bonus) • At least 2 years as an insurance broker or agent • At least 5 years of relevant customer service experience • Proactive with strong problem-solving skills • Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English • Quick learner with interest in technology
