📋 Description
• Coordinate activities of grants and programs associates • Manage roles of technical assistance and evaluation consultants • Primary contact with external stakeholders concerning grants portfolio • Develop mentoring and structured coaching plans • Support the Senior Director of Philanthropy in developing presentations and materials for Leadership
🎯 Requirements
• Degree from an accredited college or university in management/administration, social work, clinical care or other related field, masters degree preferred • 7-10 years of relevant work experience in philanthropy and/or nonprofit program management • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team • Strong communication skills; experience with internal and external audiences preferred • Commitment to health equity, social justice, and community engagement
