📋 Description

• As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in enabling solar customers’ aerial inspections. • You will be responsible for daily site preparation and inspection coordination. • Manage initiatives to refine and increase efficiency in sales operations processes. • Onboard client information and be the primary point of contact for customers scheduling inspections. • Coordinate with customers and subcontractors to understand logistics and scheduling constraints in order to support safe and efficient project execution. • Develop and lead initiatives centered around improving our scheduling process and streamlining internal-external communications. • Maintain awareness and visibility to the pipeline for your assigned verticals to ensure nothing falls through the cracks in all statuses and execute all statuses accordingly. • Provide ad hoc support for sales operations related activities as they come up, including but not limited to reporting, product launches, and sales process improvements. • Provide ad-hoc support to pilots and customers for general inquiries.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred. • 1 year of work or internship experience in a fast-paced environment. (in transactional work, logistics, customer service or hospitality, etc.) • Strong communication skills, written and verbal. • Able to problem-solve with support. • Able to build and maintain positive relationships with clients. • Able to manage time well and prioritize tasks with support. • Organized and detail oriented. • Works well in cross functional teams. • Comfortable with Google Sheets and Excel, as well as good data management practices.
