📋 Description

• Join a driven, fast growing, and remote global team with a passion for helping executives succeed in business. • The key responsibility of the Sales Assistance Team Leader is to ensure our Sales Assistance and Business Development Service is delivered to clients in a timely fashion, to budget and with quality results. • We are looking for applicants with experience in SME's, ideally with exposure to both Operations and commercial Sales, that are growth minded and looking for an opportunity to move into Leadership + Management. • This role involves managing a team of Sales Assistants – answering their day-to-day questions, removing roadblocks and ensuring they are performing to a high standard. • Resources and personnel must be allocated appropriately to deliver the best service for our clients. • Projects must be administered correctly including set-up of systems internally, liaising with clients, assisting with sales strategy, measuring results, quality checking calls and developing both internal and external reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Tele-Services and Sales roles, particularly in an outbound role • Excellent at verbal communication and building remote rapport • Have basic experience in sales strategies, scripting and have basic marketing strategy knowledge • Tenacity and a drive to succeed, hungry for growth • No fear of the phone and can handle rejection • KPI's & goals focus • Outstanding organisational and time management skills • Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Outlook Calendar) • Emotional Intelligence and prospecting experience • Cold calling experience • Discretion and confidentiality • Ability to lead a team and hold them accountable to deliver on their commitments • Effective time management, especially in managing your own time to achieve outcomes • Proactive & efficient, with good personal organisation skills • Proficient IT skills, able to be adapted to utilising our phone calling system, time tracking system, etc • Able to take initiative in problem solving difficult situations, and improving systems and processes for the overall good of the company. • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • After hours meeting are required on a regular basis due to the global nature of the team (approx. 1-2 times per week)
