• Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts, and ideally carrying the conversation beyond the scripted dialogue • Answer questions about products or the company • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and engage with the customer • Enter and update customer information in the required systems • Take appropriate notes to forward enquiries and complaints to the correct person/department • Send professional emails using provided templates, personalised where required • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information • Meet KPIs and engage with the team to solve problems and queries
