• Experience: 3-5+ years of experience as a Sales Representative, Account Executive or similar role in B2B SaaS, ideally selling to technical audiences. • Technical Acumen: Comfort speaking with engineering leaders and CTOs about technical solutions. Familiarity with developer tools, software development, or AI is a strong plus. • Strong Understanding of the Software Tech Ecosystem: Familiarity with trends, tools, and challenges in software development and AI solutions is essential. • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Excitement about being part of a founding team, building processes, and working in a fast-paced startup environment. • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales quotas in mid-market or enterprise environments. • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for a variety of audiences. • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal direction.
