📋 Description

• The Inbound Sales Development Representative is a key member of the Revenue Operations team at Zensai. • Responsible for qualifying all Inbound leads with the goal of generating Sales Qualified Opportunities. • This includes managing high-intent MQLs such as demo requests and nurturing leads. • You will use sales tech stack, including Salesloft and Zoominfo, to respond to inbound requests. • You will practice active listening to understand customer challenges and goals and qualify leads as per B.A.N.T methodology. • Your role will expand to include contributions to local marketing activities and building proactive nurture campaigns to target older leads.

🎯 Requirements

• Recently graduated from an accredited college/university in a business or technology-related field. • Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, consulting, or a related field. • Previous experience working within a B2B SaaS or technology solutions company. • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Ideally has used sales tech –stack before for outreach cadence building tasks. • Confidence in leading sales qualification calls and has the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience. • Experience using a customer relationship management application (CSM) to track sales pipeline activities.
