Description

Requirements

• Advanced degree in clinical research, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field; master’s or Ph.D. preferred. • Minimum of 10 years of clinical operations experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally in a healthcare technology or software development setting. • Proven track record of success in clinical operations leadership, with a strong understanding of both clinical and software development processes. • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including FDA, HIPAA, and GCP guidelines. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams. • Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities, including experience with clinical data management, quality assurance, and risk management.
