📋 Description
• Director of Measurement and Evaluation leading data-driven decision-making and program improvement at a nonprofit. • Develop and implement a comprehensive measurement and evaluation plan. • Collaborate with teams for data-driven insights and program improvements. • Prepare reports and present findings to stakeholders. • Oversee data management and analysis, ensuring effective communication of complex data.
🎯 Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in health-related measurement and evaluation, preferably in cancer or health equity. • Advanced degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, or related field (preferred). • National experience creating abstracts, conference posters, and delivering written/ oral presentations (preferred). • Minimum 5 years of previous experience working among diverse stakeholders within the health sector, including community stakeholders.
