β€’ Provide technical expertise, support, and guidance to customers. β€’ Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and troubleshooting complex technical issues. β€’ Drive revenue growth by providing technical expertise throughout the sales process. β€’ Collaborate closely with the sales team and engage with prospective customers. β€’ Conduct product demonstrations and deliver presentations to showcase our products or services. β€’ Understand customer requirements and develop tailored solutions. β€’ Prepare and deliver technical proposals and solution designs. β€’ Collaborate with product development and engineering teams for product enhancements. β€’ Conduct proof-of-concept activities and stay current with industry trends. β€’ Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience. β€’ 5+ years of relevant work experience (Network/Security/Pre Sales Engineering) - must β€’ Currently located in Israel - must β€’ English level - proficient - must β€’ Strong technical background with proven experience as Customer Engineer or in a pre-sales / technical sales role, in the information security industry. β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. β€’ Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. β€’ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions. β€’ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. β€’ Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as needed.
