Description

• Guide clients from initial discovery call through onboarding, deployment, and growth. • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer requirements and pain points. • Deliver technical demos showcasing solutions' value. • Act as a trusted technical advisor during pre-sales conversations. • Provide technical expertise for deployment and configuration options. • Coordinate with clients through setup, implementation, and early adoption stages. • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing support throughout the client lifecycle. • Conduct regular check-ins and strategic reviews, providing proactive recommendations. • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer needs. • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with MSP partners to foster loyalty. • Manage customer health metrics and proactively address issues. • Gather customer feedback and communicate it to product development team.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Sales Engineering, Customer Success, or Technical Account Management role in B2B SaaS or related fields. • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools. • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and cloud-based technology stacks; experience with IAM solutions is a strong asset. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear, relatable manner. • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling client challenges. • Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize effectively, and balance proactive and reactive work. • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others succeed. • Prior experience working with MSPs or in an MSP organization or within a technical services environment (nice-to-have). • Experience with MSP tools (RMM, PSA, security tools, password managers, etc.) (nice-to-have). • Experience administering Okta, Entra ID, On Premise Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365 (nice-to-have).
