• Help customers maximize the value of our client with absolute knowledge of the product • Assist in the overall relationship with their customer base, including onboarding and managing campaigns • Provide technical support to customers, ensuring satisfaction with the product • Aid with product development by gathering feedback and addressing recurring issues • Maintain service standards to ensure customer success and satisfaction • Management of CRM and related platforms for customer success

Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a customer facing role or account management • Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex concepts in simple terms • Great interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Listen to the customer and connect them with the appropriate department to address their needs • Customer-centric and proactive attitude • Highly adaptable and quick to learn new information • Possess a strong work ethic and relentless attitude to achieve success • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment • Open to a culture of innovation, professional development, and collaborating with others in a team • Amenable to shifting schedules
