• As an Account Manager, responsible for customer success activities including project implementations, advocacy, and retention • Build and maintain strong relationships within your book of business • Collaborate with customers to understand their staffing needs and challenges • Drive new business growth through customer advocacy and team collaboration • Address and resolve customer concerns or issues promptly
