Description

• Assist in the overall relationship with their customer base, which includes: initial onboarding and training, managing campaigns, post-campaign metric reporting, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and ongoing customer satisfaction • Provide technical support to customers, ensuring they remain satisfied with the product • Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with their product team to help improve our client (feature requests, improvements, bugs) • Maintain excellent service standards, ensuring the customer reaches success as soon as possible, and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention • You will help customers maximize the value of our client with absolute knowledge of the product • Respond to support queries, provide answers, and be the go-to guide • Management of CRM and other platforms related to delivering customer success • You will help monitor customer health through available metrics and assessments and carry out follow-up actions as necessary • Along with the Customer Success Manager, you will help to identify and resolve challenges with product adoption encountered by their customers

Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a customer facing role or account management • Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex concepts in simple terms • Great interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Listen to the customer and connect them with the appropriate department to address their needs • Customer-centric and proactive attitude • Highly adaptable and quick to learn new information • Possess a strong work ethic and relentless attitude to achieve success • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment • Open to a culture of innovation, professional development, and collaborating with others in a team • Amenable to shifting schedules
