• Zipdev is looking for an Asset Management Analyst to join our client, a commercial real estate investment firm based in Orlando, FL. • This is a full-time position offering a hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • The selected candidate will contribute to enhancing asset value and driving operational excellence across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics. • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate terminology and deal structures. • Experience drafting LOIs, leases, and amendments. • Previous work with brokers, contractors, and property managers. • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including underwriting and data interpretation. • Understanding of the full real estate capital stack and risk mitigation in complex transactions. • Experience supporting business plans, leasing analyses, valuation models, and waterfall calculations.
