β’ Actively participate in strategic and tactical planning for the CAD business. β’ Lead planning, execution, and performance for an approximately 100 person Region. β’ Meet overall sales objectives (quota). β’ Successfully launch new product and service offerings. β’ Enhance Regional team's capabilities and ensure effective resource allocation.
β’ Undergraduate degree (BS/BA) preferred. β’ 10+ years of related experience including sales management and/or non-sales functions. β’ Animal Health experience and knowledge of companion animal veterinary medicine preferred. β’ Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word applications. β’ Ability and willingness to travel overnight at least 50% of the time, including some weekends.
