• Degree in Business, IT or Hybrid discipline. • 10+ years’ experience in Data Governance and/or Data Management. • 5+ years leadership experience in cross-functional teams. • Proficient in data management concepts and best practice. • Excellent communication and storytelling skills. • Change management skills for new processes and architectures. • Leadership and mentoring abilities. • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align objectives.
