Description

• Manage IT projects focusing on project initiation/execution, detailed planning, project plan quality and integrity, project resource management, effective communication, project financial updates timing and accuracy, and SDLC deliverables • Collaborate with IT Solution Partners, IT Engineers, Business SMEs, IT RM&C, IT PMO, and Finance teams stakeholders to proactively identify and effectively mitigate risks, and timely address issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field • 5+ years of IT Project Management within structured PMO operations • PMP Certification preferred • Detailed understanding of effective scheduling and execution of IT projects • SDLC Methodologies: Waterfall, Agile • Regulatory Compliance/GxP knowledge is a plus • Strong grasp of foundational finance principles and project accounting within IT organizations • Proven ability to effectively communicate with colleagues at all levels within the organization • Must be willing and able to work independently and handle simultaneous tasks • Attention to detail with the ability to view the larger picture • Consistently model behaviors of accountability and ownership through excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and group facilitation skills • High level of competency using Microsoft Office suite – Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, PowerBI experience a plus • Strong understanding of portfolio management, project management and project tracking tools, ie Microsoft Project, Jira
