📋 Description

• About Zscaler • Serving thousands of enterprise customers around the world including 40% of Fortune 500 companies. • We are looking for a Collaboration Solutions Manager to lead and optimize our digital workplace tools. • This role is remote (if outside of the Bay Area) and will report to the Senior Manager, Business Applications Support. • The ideal candidate has deep technical expertise in collaboration tools, a strategic mindset for workplace efficiency, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance productivity. • This position will work closely with IT, security, and business stakeholders to ensure our collaboration stack meets business needs while aligning with security and compliance policies.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing enterprise collaboration tools, including administration, governance, and end-user support. • Expertise in Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and project management or knowledge-sharing platforms (Miro, Lucid, Asana, Glean, Simpler, DoControl, etc.) • Strong knowledge of security best practices related to collaboration tools, including identity management, data loss prevention, and compliance frameworks. • Ability to drive change management initiatives, with experience in user adoption strategies and training programs.
