Description

• Traveling to customer sites to support in-person site visits. • Developing relationships with end-user operators and stakeholders, understanding their process and key performance indicators (KPIs) unique to the plant. • Supporting customers with the startup and operation of their membrane systems utilizing ZwitterCo membranes, especially ZwitterCo RO membranes. • Educating operators on best-practice RO membrane operations and the unique value propositions of ZwitterCo membranes compared with conventional products. • Gathering operational and cleaning data from customer installations and collaborating with Applications Engineering on analyzing and interpreting that data for customer recommendations. • Communicating learnings and observations to internal stakeholders (sales, applications engineering, product management and research and development). • Provide other remote post-sales support to customers and end-users. • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in a customer-facing technical role. • Previous experience with water treatment equipment; membrane experience is a plus. • Water Certification in Water Treatment helpful. • Understanding of Water Treatment and/or Water Preservation a plus. • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. • Located near a major airport.
