•Our mission at Oura is to empower every person to own their inner potential. •Our award-winning products help our global community gain a deeper knowledge of their readiness, activity, and sleep quality. •As the Senior Manager of Global Trade Compliance at Oura, you will lead the global trade compliance function. •You will play a key role in aligning our compliance strategies with Oura’s growth initiatives. •This position requires a strategic leader who can build and maintain strong relationships. •Your key responsibilities include developing trade compliance roadmap and ensuring adherence to regulations. •Monitor regulatory changes and adjust company processes accordingly. •Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize compliance and efficiency.

Requirements

•This position requires 8+ years of relevant experience. •Customs Brokerage License: Strongly preferred. •Regulatory Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of international trade regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). A strong understanding of U.S. Customs regulations is essential. •Process Development: Proven experience in developing and strengthening global trade compliance processes, including building governance infrastructure. •Industry Expertise: Technical expertise in the wearable industry is preferred. •Travel: Ability and willingness to travel up to 15%. •Leadership Experience: Proven track record of working closely with executive leadership in a global environment. •Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong organizational, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to see the big picture. •Collaboration: A collaborative nature with the ability to work effectively in a team environment across different time zones. •Project Management: Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. •Independence: Proven ability to work independently, often under time-critical conditions. •Security Clearance: Eligible to obtain and maintain a personal security clearance as necessary.
