Requirements

• 5+ years of direct experience working in a mechanical manufacturing environment as a Supplier Development Engineer, Supply Base Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Manufacturing Design Engineer, Supplier Industrialization Engineer or equivalent role • Experience working in a high volume NPI environment • Ability to analyze failure modes and identify process or design root causes • Ability to apply design of experiments (DOE) approach to drive and validate corrective actions • Knowledge of advanced manufacturing, fixture design and fabrication, qualification procedures • Ability to apply engineering knowledge and experience into product and process design • Knowledge of and ability to apply quality controls, including capability analysis • Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills • Ability to work with and influence cross-functional partners • Ability to travel internationally, up to 25% of the time
