Requirements

• Collaborate with the sales team to convey Soda's value proposition and vision to potential customers. • Continuously expand your technical knowledge to better assist customers and address their needs effectively. • Deliver engaging product presentations to both new and existing clients. • Act as a liaison between customers and our product team to communicate feature requests and feedback. • Assist customers with product onboarding and troubleshooting, providing innovative solutions to technical challenges. • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the Soda journey. • Provide ongoing support and advisory services to address customer inquiries and concerns. • Work closely with our product and engineering teams to resolve support tickets and gather valuable feedback for product improvement. • Help organize and participate in quarterly business reviews (QBRs), aligning with customers on their objectives and success metrics.
