β€’ As a Customer Engineer, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers throughout their Soda experience, from initial evaluation to successful implementation and beyond. β€’ You'll work closely with our seasoned account executives and senior team members to ensure our customers receive exceptional support and guidance every step of the way. β€’ Join us at Soda and embark on an exciting journey where your contributions make a tangible impact on our customers' success.

Requirements

β€’ Technical Support: Collaborate with the sales team to convey Soda's value proposition and vision to potential customers. β€’ Continuously expand your technical knowledge to better assist customers and address their needs effectively. β€’ Deliver engaging product presentations to both new and existing clients. β€’ Act as a liaison between customers and our product team to communicate feature requests and feedback. β€’ Assist customers with product onboarding and troubleshooting, providing innovative solutions to technical challenges. β€’ Customer Success: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the Soda journey. β€’ Provide ongoing support and advisory services to address customer inquiries and concerns. β€’ Work closely with our product and engineering teams to resolve support tickets and gather valuable feedback for product improvement. β€’ Help organize and participate in quarterly business reviews (QBRs), aligning with customers on their objectives and success metrics. β€’ Training and Development: In your first 30 days, immerse yourself in Soda's approach to data quality, learning about our features and technical use cases. β€’ By day 60, run standard demos independently and explain Soda's blueprint to prospects. β€’ Within your first 90 days, manage proof of concepts and contribute to product and engineering feedback.
