β€’ The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for selling Chromium and Visium benchtop instruments. β€’ Connects with existing customers via phone and e-mail to help guide them to products. β€’ Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. β€’ Develops and manages a territory plan to meet or exceed business goals. β€’ Uses consultative selling approach to match customer needs with the right solution. β€’ Responsible for updating the CRM system to reflect accurate opportunities and pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 0-1+ years of experience in selling; preferably in academic, life sciences or biotechnology. β€’ Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry or related field; equivalent industry experience. β€’ Knowledge of Next Gen Sequencing Technology, or similar diagnostic testing applications. β€’ Track record of establishing long-term customer relationships and growth through closing new business. β€’ Strong customer-relationship skills – building trust, understanding customer needs, presenting effective solutions. β€’ Skilled at driving customer growth through closing new business, securing service renewals and contract extensions, and fostering ongoing client relationships. β€’ Ability to grasp and articulate highly technical concepts effectively. β€’ Outstanding relationship building, interpersonal and communication skills. β€’ Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and CRM database.
