📋 Description
• 174 Power Global designs, builds and manages renewable energy solutions. • The Director, Digital Solutions will lead the implementation of a new project management platform. • This role involves establishing and managing technical partnerships with Hanwha affiliates. • The candidate will ensure integration interfaces are secure, scalable, and compatible. • Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to align digital initiatives with business objectives.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Development, or a related field. • Proven experience leading the implementation of project management platforms or similar enterprise software solutions. • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. • Expertise in software architecture and design, with experience in cloud-based solutions. • Hands-on expertise in configuring and customizing project management tools. • Familiarity with API development and integration. • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools. • Experience of managing projects using agile tool like JIRA, SLACK, Confluence, etc. • Excellent communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to simplify and explain complex concepts. • Adaptability to navigate rapidly changing technologies and organizational needs. • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Korean to effectively communicate with Korean-speaking stakeholders and team members.
