• 174 Power Global designs, builds, and manages utility-scale solar power solutions. • The Talent Sourcer will support the full life-cycle recruitment process to hire top talent.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience required. • Experience in renewable energy, required. • Experience recruiting Development Division positions, required. • Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques, required. • Experience approaching passive candidates. • Experience screening resumes to match qualifications. • Proficiency using various ATS and other recruiting systems. • Proficiency using software programs such as MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Must be adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Must possess good interpersonal skills and be a self-motivated team player. • A quick learner with great attention to detail. • Sound judgement and ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality. • Deadline-oriented with an ability to prioritize tasks. • Strong communication and organizational skills; and the ability to quickly work into new tasks and accommodate new circumstances. • Comfortable working in a fast-moving dynamic, environment.
