• 174 Power Global, headquartered in Irvine, California, a member of Hanwha Group, a FORTUNE Global 500 firm that is among the eight largest business enterprises in South Korea. • 174 Power Global designs, builds and manages renewable energy solutions. • The Vice President, Data Center will oversee all phases of data center development, including securing and managing development assets and ensuring successful project execution and client acquisition. • This role will lead the entire data center development business, managing B2B sales and relationships with potential clients, while collaborating with local teams and leading project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred. • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the Data Center sector. • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and closing high-value deals. • Proven track record of leading multiple types of team including development, engineering or project management. • Extensive experience in managing the installation processes within a data center environment. • Strong understanding of the data center market, including industry trends and competitive landscape. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and stakeholders.
