• Work Location: Remote. Candidates located in New York or San Francisco metropolitan areas preferred. • Purpose Venture Group (PVG) is a rapidly growing consulting firm that partners exclusively with venture-backed startups, market leaders and large nonprofits focused on advancing the health of our climate. • We collaborate with our clients to design and deliver new products and ventures, develop compelling financial plans and build businesses that deliver both profit and impact. • We focus on three sectors—financial services, built environment and mobility— where we have decades of collective experience as investors, builders and operators. • A common theme driving much of the firm’s growth and client projects is the “electrification of everything” with billions of new funding sources now becoming available to support this transition. • We are uniquely expert at helping clients acquire and then stitch together a complex set of resources – including venture and debt capital, government funding, partnerships and internal capabilities – in order to successfully build and scale activities that electrify buildings and mobility. • Over the last 2 years, PVG has played an instrumental role in securing nearly $3B in grant, venture, and debt financing to support clients’ growth. • Purpose Venture Group is hiring a Vice President who will make an immediate impact on the firm’s client work, help build the firm’s capabilities and contribute to the thriving, inclusive and collaborative culture that makes PVG special. • This is a manager-level position and a highly visible, externally-facing role.
