Description

• Getlabs is the leading platform for at-home diagnostics. • Healthcare organizations use Getlabs to send mobile phlebotomists to patients’ homes and collect labs, vitals, and advanced diagnostics. • Our team has raised $45M from investors including Emerson Collective, Labcorp, Quest, Healthworx, and more. • Getlabs’ mission is to save lives by expanding access to diagnostics for everyone. • Getlabs is looking for a Vice President of Health Plans/Systems who is passionate about transforming the way healthcare is delivered. • This role will take the lead in sourcing leads, selling, and maintaining new partnerships with health plans and systems as we build on the success of our 2024 growth rate of 300%.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Sales, with at least five years in a leadership role in the B2B healthcare space at an early stage start-up or similar fast paced environment • Ability to operate independently and help build Getalbs’ sales strategy from the ground up • Goal-oriented approach: proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets • Enthusiasm for “rolling up your sleeves” and forging new strategic partnerships as a “player-coach”: Our executives are “hands on,” and no task is beneath anyone when it comes to our mission • Passion for helping teams mature: experience training, building, and managing Sales and SalesOps team members • Strategic thinking: background in developing growth strategies with the executive team and board of directors • Strong interpersonal skills: excellent communication with ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners as well as internally and cross-functionally • Leadership: oversee, lead and motivate the sales team inclusive of; sales managers, account executives and sales support • Strategic thinker: match partner needs to solutions • Innovator: out-of-box thinker who seeks for solutions beyond existing offerings • Team player: ability to collaborate with other departments • Fulfillment: lead & fulfill sales commitments beyond audience delivery • Proactive: anticipate, establish & manage the appropriate systems to ensure delivery of sales commitments • Self-starter: strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions • Builder mindset: experience developing and penetrating international markets
