• About Pacaso: Pacaso exists to enrich lives by making second home ownership possible and enjoyable for more people. • Our innovative co-ownership model is the easiest, smartest and most responsible way for people to experience the joy of a second home. • This is a unique opportunity to be an early crew member at a growth-stage company. • As Vice President of Acquisitions, you are responsible for overseeing the company’s property acquisitions pipeline and processes. • Assist in the identification and underwriting of single-family property acquisitions in all markets globally. • Source and maintain in-market agent and investor relations in-line with company values. • Conduct and coordinate due diligence activities of potential acquisitions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the Real Estate/ Acquisitions field. • B.A. degree required, M.B.A. or advanced real estate degree a plus. • Sound fundamental knowledge of financial analysis / real estate valuations. • Strong proficiency in Excel. • Demonstrated ability in interpersonal and business communications. • Single family acquisitions experience required. • Plenty of travel may be required.
