Description

• Telix Pharmaceuticals delivers precision medicine through targeted radiation. • Support international roll-out of prostate cancer imaging agent. • Lead a regional team focused on advancing diagnostic and therapeutic Oncology solutions. • Responsible for execution of sales and marketing activities in the region. • Collaborate with executive team and oversee sales and marketing professionals' performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of extensive sales experience in the pharmaceutical, radiopharmaceutical, or medical device industry. • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree or higher education preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, preferred. • Significant experience in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology. • Proven experience navigating hospital/institution setting; engaging and managing cross-functional collaboration • Proven track record of leadership accomplishments, including successful product launches. • Expertise in developing and driving the sales and marketing process from concept to revenue generation. • Proficient in structuring sales operating plans to meet and exceed company goals. • Documented success in exceeding sales targets, with previous experience scaling Area Sales teams. • Knowledge of the US reimbursement landscape. • Experience working with third party distribution networks • Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams effectively. • Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Power BI and revenue-generating platforms is a plus. • Willingness to travel up to 75% (domestic)
