• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Client Services Manager, or similar role. • Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationships and trust. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs. • Experience working with remote teams and familiarity with digital collaboration tools. • Availability for client calls and meetings during EST working hours.
