📋 Description
• We are seeking remote Senior Account Manager to join our team. • As the primary point of contact for all client accounts, you will be responsible for developing client strategies, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, and overseeing the media buying team to drive exceptional results. You will work closely with the CEO to streamline operations, improve processes, and contribute to the agency’s growth.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency, specifically managing high-ticket clients. • Strong expertise in YouTube & Meta ads, including campaign setup, tracking, optimization, and scaling. • Proven leadership experience in managing media buyers and cross-functional teams. • Exceptional client management skills—you know how to set expectations, keep clients happy, and handle challenging conversations. • Experience with ClickUp (or similar project management tools) for managing workflows. • A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Hyros experience is a plus—familiarity with conversion tracking and attribution software is a bonus.
