This individual will be instrumental in expanding our footprint within the AWS ecosystem, fostering strong relationships with key AWS stakeholders, and executing on joint sales, marketing, and enablement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with AWS, a deep understanding of AWS partner and incentive programs, and a strong background in driving sales in a collaborative environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to play a key role in a dynamic and fast-growing company. β€’ This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Experience with AWS Ecosystem: A minimum of 7-8 years of experience working with AWS, with a strong understanding of AWS partner programs, incentive structures, and the AWS marketplace ecosystem. A demonstrated ability to work closely with AWS field teams and sales leaders to drive growth. β€’ Sales & Relationship Management: Proven success in driving sales through channel partnerships, co-selling, and joint go-to-market strategies. Strong track record of establishing trust and building collaborative relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including AWS teams. β€’ Communication & Presentation Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling C-level presentations and engage with executive leadership across both AWS and 1Password. Ability to effectively articulate complex concepts and business value in a simple, persuasive manner. β€’ Analytical & Organizational Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure partnership success, analyze key metrics, and adapt strategies based on performance. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. β€’ Self-Motivated & Independent: Highly independent, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong drive to seek out new opportunities, overcome challenges, and deliver results. Ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of partnership growth. β€’ SaaS Experience Preferred: Experience working in a SaaS environment, particularly in partnership or alliance roles, is highly preferred. Familiarity with the nuances of selling software solutions through AWS and similar platforms is a strong asset.
