Description

β€’ Responsible for driving hardware sales growth through development and implementation of solution-based sales strategies in the POS systems sector. β€’ Engage with clients to deliver customized hardware solutions addressing complex business needs. β€’ Maintain long-term relationships and act as a key strategic partner. β€’ Guide and mentor junior team members on best practices and strategies.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience. β€’ Minimum of 7 years of experience in hardware sales or equivalent roles. β€’ Strong track record of achieving sales objectives and business development. β€’ Expert consultation and negotiation skills. β€’ Extensive experience in selling POS hardware solutions. β€’ Ability to influence and drive decisions in client engagements. β€’ Experience in managing large-scale client accounts. β€’ Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools. β€’ Strategic thinker with the ability to forecast market trends. β€’ Track record in leading innovative sales initiatives. β€’ Ability to convey technical hardware concepts to non-technical audiences.
