• We all have important information we need to manage, and protecting it should be easy. • Over 150,000 businesses and millions of people log in to 1Password to unlock smart, simple access to everything they care about. • Our vision is to create a safer, simpler digital future for everyone. • We seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Go-to-Market Enablement for EMEA to lead the creation and execution of our enablement programs. • This pivotal role will ensure the sales teams and channel partners across EMEA are fully equipped to drive revenue and achieve business goals effectively. • You will report to the Senior Director of Global Go-to-Market Enablement, working closely with global peers and key leaders in Sales, Marketing, and Product. • The role requires a deep understanding of the unique channel selling motions and market dynamics in EMEA and security. • This role involves both strategic and hands-on responsibilities. • You will collaborate with the global enablement team to design, localize, and deliver comprehensive enablement programs, tools, and content tailored to the EMEA market. • Your work will accelerate revenue growth by enhancing our sales organization's and channel partners' productivity and performance.

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in sales enablement, go-to-market strategy, or a related field, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role. • Proven understanding and experience with channel selling motions in EMEA, including partner engagement, indirect sales strategies, and distribution channels. • Demonstrated success in building and executing sales or enablement programs from scratch, with the ability to scale initiatives across multiple countries and languages. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization, especially with senior sales leadership in a matrixed environment. • Experience working in global organizations and collaborating with global teams. • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions and measure success. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Hands-on experience and knowledge of how a deal moves through the sales process. • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and sales tools. • Experience in the tech/SaaS and security industry. • Fluency in one or more European languages is a plus.
