Description

β€’ Provide support in all administrative areas to the Senior Vice President, Vice-Presidents, Directors and Personnel β€’ Functions as the department "go-to" and problem solver β€’ Manage and maintain the Department Financial Status Report (FSR) β€’ Ensure compliance will all requirements β€’ Monitor available and expended funding and update projected LOE β€’ Participate in division and department meetings to be up to date on events β€’ Update monthly labor and travel spreadsheets and ensure timely submission β€’ Support contract execution with technical writing/editing for customer products

Requirements

β€’ Currently employed by 2 Circle within the corporate Ops department as an O/A for a minimum of 1-3 years β€’ Recommended for Sr. O/A position by ADCON/OPCON VP or SVP β€’ Willingness and ability to "do whatever it takes" to ensure critical and emergent tasks are completed β€’ Ability to identify areas that need improvement and develop and implement solutions β€’ Awareness of all operational areas to anticipate potential roadblocks or issues β€’ Willingness to respond to time-sensitive calls and emails during non-working hours β€’ Current Secret Clearance
