Description
• Provide support in all administrative areas to the Senior Vice President, Vice-Presidents, Directors and Personnel • Functions as the department "go-to" and problem solver • Manage and maintain the Department Financial Status Report (FSR) • Ensure compliance will all requirements • Monitor available and expended funding and update projected LOE • Participate in division and department meetings to be up to date on events • Update monthly labor and travel spreadsheets and ensure timely submission • Support contract execution with technical writing/editing for customer products
Requirements
• Currently employed by 2 Circle within the corporate Ops department as an O/A for a minimum of 1-3 years • Recommended for Sr. O/A position by ADCON/OPCON VP or SVP • Willingness and ability to "do whatever it takes" to ensure critical and emergent tasks are completed • Ability to identify areas that need improvement and develop and implement solutions • Awareness of all operational areas to anticipate potential roadblocks or issues • Willingness to respond to time-sensitive calls and emails during non-working hours • Current Secret Clearance
