• As our Client Success Partner (CSP), you will support our clients in their digital training strategy through the 360Learning platform. • Due to the complex nature of the strategic clients, you will act as a real team leader in order to ensure the client's renewal through achieving the set objectives. • This will be achieved by coordinating the different available resources (technical, educational, etc.) as well as acting as a consultant in delivering the business transformation positioning supported by the solution. • Your role is crucial, you are responsible for the development of the relationship with your clients!
• 4+ years as a Customer Success / Account Manager, or HR/Learning Consultant or Change Manager, or Digital Learning Manager in a software company (ideally SaaS) • Successful experience in customer-facing project management (2000+ employees) • Strong interest for the digital industry, education and e-learning in particular • Knowledge of the HR function and digital learning as well a passion for digital and digital tools • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Native English, and excellent knowledge of the UK culture.
