Requirements

• 5-7 years HR management experience • Strong business acumen – understand how the business operates • Demonstrated success in coaching and developing managers • Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects • Collaborative style with a focus on problem solving and change management • Experience in professional services or consulting a plus • Experience interviewing candidates at all levels • Organization/Business Unit Structuring • Compensation and Benefits experience • Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business preferred
