Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 10 + years experience as an HR Business Partner, including experience supporting a revenue team • Prior management experience preferred • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP designation preferred • Prior experience in other HR disciplines such as compensation, benefits, recruiting, and organizational development required • Knowledge of best practices for sales commission plan design and administration • Ability to analyze and review data, making recommendations based on trends • Must be able to coach executives and be a strategic thinker • Must be able to balance competing priorities and prioritize accordingly while understanding business objectives • Excellent communication and project management skills • Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships • Ability to adapt to change in a rapidly changing work environment • Passionate about Beam’s culture and core values: GRITT (growth, resilience, initiative, tenacity and team first)
