β’ Bachelor's degree in business, HR, administration, or related field β’ Experience with professional systems (HRIS, ERM, Scheduling, HCM systems, etc.) β’ Experience with productivity and collaboration systems (Google Workspace & Google Meet preferred) β’ 4+ yearsβ experience in Human Resources, specifically with training and employee relations β’ SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred β’ Basic understanding of employment laws and policies in the states in which Mindcolor operates β’ Demonstrated excellence in communication across all formats (written, verbal, via email, etc,) β’ Strong organization and administrative skills, with an attention to detail β’ Ability to interact effectively and professionally with team members at all levels, caregivers, vendors, attorneys, etc. β’ Creative and innovative mindset β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or related systems β’ Ability to receive and apply feedback effectively and in a timely manner β’ Ability to self-motivate, excellent time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines independently β’ Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion, where necessary and/or appropriate
