Description

• AIP Publishing is a leading publisher of the physical sciences. • Seeking a dynamic, creative, collaborative People and Culture Generalist to join the team. • Responsible for key operational and administrative functions for the People and Culture team. • Play a crucial role in supporting AIP Publishing’s employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 3-5 years of demonstrated success in HR administration required • 3+ years ADP Workforce Now look up and data entry experience required • 2+ years Greenhouse or ATS preferred • Experience answering general FMLA inquiries a plus • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations • Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Comfortable with ambiguity and adapting to change • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Ability to exercise sound judgement in decision-making • Has a collaborative/consultative approach to work • Ability to work on projects with competing priorities simultaneously
