Description

• Prosperity Now believes that everyone deserves a chance to prosper. • The Human Resources Manager leads Prosperity Now’s comprehensive HR functions with a focus on equity and inclusion. • Key areas of responsibility include talent acquisition, employee experience, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR compliance. • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. • Coordinate staff engagement, culture, and recognition activities. • Support salary administration and manage benefits programs. • Implement performance management processes and deliver training programs. • Manage and troubleshoot Paylocity, HRIS system, and maintain accurate employee records. • Ensure compliance with employment laws. • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least six years of relevant human resources generalist experience required; • or a master’s and four years of which two years were at a HR generalist level or the equivalent. • Experience in three or more of the following areas: talent acquisition and management, compensation, benefits, employee/labor relations, performance management, training, and development, HRIS, policy development. • Bachelor’s or the equivalent years of experience. • Thrive in both collaborative team settings and independent work environments. • Effective writing and communication skills and a responsive listener. • Ability to manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail, confidentiality and timely. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; HRIS such as Paylocity, Replicon, etc. • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all phases of the employee experience and life cycle with the ability to work across a diverse organization. • Organization development certification or experience a plus.
