β’ Administer benefit plans and assist with annual open enrollment. β’ Conduct employee onboarding and recognize areas to improve and evolve. β’ Organize and assist with the administration of employee performance reviews. β’ Administer the LMS system and curate appropriate courses for managers and employees. β’ Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training. β’ Plan and facilitate employee culture events. β’ Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff. β’ Maintain confidential records and files and ensure proper document management procedures are followed. β’ Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. β’ Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers and executive leadership. β’ Comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. β’ Other duties as assigned.
β’ Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality at all times. β’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. β’ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively and delegate tasks when appropriate. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. β’ Strong computer skills, including above average proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). β’ Knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. β’ Adhere to the Company's Code of Conduct/Ethics. β’ Project a professional and appropriate Company image in all dealings with clients, vendors, business partners and visitors.
