Description
• Support strategy, development, and evaluation of well-being strategy across Bon Secours Mercy Health • Assist with implementation, evaluation and refinement of health, well-being and recognition programs • Partner with key stakeholders for well-being and recognition program implementation • Engage with caregivers and maintain external vendor partnerships • Ensure compliance with health, well-being recognition, and safety policies
Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in Health Education or related field (required) • Master of Public Health or related field (preferred) • 3-5 years of worksite well-being experience (preferred)
