• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience with at least 3–5 years of experience in customer success, project management, or related field (B2B SaaS experience preferred). • Brings expertise in metrics tracking, CRM systems (like Salesforce or HubSpot), and project coordination. • Has proven project management skills, including task planning, delegation, and process improvement. • Excels in customer-facing roles, problem-solving, and juggling multiple projects. • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills. • Has excellent communication, organizational, and tech-savvy skills. • Travel: Up to 20%
